PDUV-177 is able to generate high energy density 177nm pulsed laser. Its working principle involves advanced laser technology and precision optical components. Through specific pulse modulation technology, the laser energy is concentrated and released in a very short time to form a strong pulsed laser with a wavelength of 177nm.
